On 7/12/2018, pupils and teachers from the Lyceums of Nea Chalkidona and Nea Philadelphia visited Lake Koumoundourou with the aim of implementing an environmental education program in the context of the Open ELIoT project. The visit was organized by EKFE of Nea Philadelphia.
Pupils and accompanying teachers participated in field measurements of lake water quality and delivered a prototype telemetric station that measures physico-chemical parameters to be integrated into the project’s monitoring network.
